It has been brought to my notice that the suppliers of the Handbook that I previously recommended, have been copying the manual themselves, rather than get them from the publisher. This is something that I cannot support. I will post the name of the new supplier as soon as I have the details. My apologies to JPNZ International Ltd. who translated the original japanese manual.
